Due to segregation of girls and boys in schools, social issues are not discussed as it is considered a taboo. In Qatar, two education models are followed by schools, education of both genders (Co-Education), and education of genders in early age, segregated during puberty (Co to Single-Sex Education). 

 

The project aims to explore student’s perspective regarding social issues related to gender and education. The method of inquiry is to design an interactive game to have conversations about stereotypical situations. The project involves students of schools, following Co to Single-Sex Education model, to have a healthy interaction with opposite gender. It involves students of 12th grade, studying in local schools in Qatar, namely, Pakistan International School (PIS) and The Next Generation (TNG).
